REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

 

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements are available if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order never arrives

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if the item is damaged

We may offer a replacement or a refund. 

Return shipping may be required in some cases.

 

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads:

All digital sales are final, unless:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • You were charged in error

  • The product does not match its description

If there’s a technical problem, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

 

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund system

  • Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content
